Dispatch Times
For all orders received before 3pm, Monday - Friday (12pm for recorded delivery or special delivery orders) we will ensure (where possible) that they are dispatched the same day. (Subject to security check clearance)
You will automatically be sent an email when we are processing your order and then another email when your item has been shipped. The email that is sent when we have shipped your goods will also contain a link to track your parcel online (City Link Next Day Delivery Orders ONLY). The tracking link can also be found within your order history.
You may also log into your account at anytime to check the status of your order(s). Please see the table below for explanations of order status:

Shipping Terms
For all orders with us your item(s) must be shipped to your billing address, we cannot send your item(s) to an alternate residential address.
For convenience, if you require your item(s) to be shipped to your work address please ensure that your delivery details include the company name, your work telephone number and/or work email address. Should our security checks prevent us from using your work address, your item(s) will automatically be sent to your billing address. Please also note that for us to ship orders to an address other than the billing address, the address must appear on the Post Office database. All orders that are made using a corporate or business card can only be sent to the billing address.
When processed, if any order shows an alternate residential address as the delivery address we will contact you as soon as possible by email and/or phone. You are then able to confirm that the order can be shipped to your billing address or we can change the delivery address to that of your work.
All items are shipped once payment has cleared and our payment security checks have been processed by our payment provider and the card holders bank. Please note that these checks are not carried out by The BAG Company and as such we have no control over the time it will take for the results to return to our site. Whilst the security checks are being carried out your order will show a status of processing and once the result has been returned to our site your order status will move to packing.
The term "Next Day Delivery" is quoted as the time (in working days) it will take for the item(s) to reach the delivery address after dispatch and not from the time of ordering.
All of our delivery services will require a signature upon receipt of your item(s).
From time to time shipping delays may occur but we will make every effort to keep these to a minium and would expect no delays of more than 24 Hours. Please note that once your items have left our premises we have no control over "In Transit" delays with Royal Mail or City Link.
City Links Next Day Delivery T&C’s:
After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts City Link charge a fee of £5 to make a 3rd delivery attempt or you may collect your parcel from your nearest City Link Depot. If your parcel remains un-delivered after 5 days the parcel is returned and then a £10 fee is required to re-ship your order.
Please note that on each delivery attempt City Link will leave you a failed delivery card conatining their details and your unique parcel number. In addition to this you are also able to track your orders and parcels through your account on this site.
Shipping to Europe
For all orders to Mainland Europe we charge a standard rate @ £14.99 for Royal Mail International Signed For - Delivery would normally take 3-5 days. Please note that for large or mutliple item orders a surcharge may be required due to weight restrictions on items shipping overseas.
