Returns
For items delivered and found to be faulty on arrival or that develop a fault within 7 days we offer the following return policy:
Full Refund or Exchange of Product. Should you choose an exchange your replacement item will be sent within 5 days of receipt, however if your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss an alternative or an approximate delivery date.
For items that develop a fault after 7 days we offer the following return policy:
All of our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty which is 1 year unless otherwise stated. We will arrange for the product to be returned to the manufacturer to be repaired or replaced. Upon receipt of your faulty product we will contact you to advise of a suggested turnaround time.
Your rights as a consumer are also protected against any purchase made with The BAG Company (UK) Ltd. within the "Sale of Goods Act 1979" and the "Distance Selling Regulations 2000".
Return Policies: Terms
1) If you are sending products to us via Royal Mail, recorded delivery will only cover you for loss upto £32.00, Special Delivery would cover for loss in excess of £32.00 - Please note that The BAG Company will not re-imburse you for any items lost en-route to our offices.
2) For all products that are exchanged or repaired we will post them back free of charge.
3) If your returned product is found to not be faulty or was caused by the user (save for wear and tear), the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
How to Return a Faulty Product:
Please use the contact us page and select "returns" for the enquiry type. Please leave your full details (inc. a phone number), the product to which your enquiry relates and a brief description of the problem / fault. We will then contact you and issue a Returns Number along with our returns address, no returns can be accepted without this number.
Returns Numbers will be issued within 48 hours during normal working hours.
